HEAT EXCHANGER
A shell and tube heat exchanger consists of a series of tubes housed within a cylindrical container known as a ‘shell’.
All tubes within the shell are collectively termed
a ‘tube bundle’ or ‘tube nest’). Each tube passes through
a series of baffles and tube sheets (also known as ‘tube stacks’). One of the tube sheets is fixed and one is free to move, this allows for thermal expansion as the heat exchanger is heated.
CONDENSER
High efficient copper tubed Aluminum finned condenser.
The hot high pressure refrigerant enters into the condenser in gaseous state and gets cooled through the forced circulation of cold air using a fan and flows to the expansion valve in liquid state.
CAPALARY TUBE / EXPANSION DEVICE
Capillary refrigerant expander ensures refrigerant flow
into the evaporator only in liquid state. High quality copper for optimum heat transfer efficiency between compressed air and refrigerant and ensures minimum dew point.
CYCLE CONTROLLER / HOT GAS BYPASS VALVE
The pressure operated 100% modulating mechanical type cycle controller ensures quicker and reliable response to changes in inlet air temperature to maintain optimum dew point under wide operating temperature.
Prevents freezing phenomenon in the evaporator and ensures smoother and reliable operation due to complete mechanical system.
CONTROLLER – SUB ZERO
The new SZ-7510T are the next generation of Subzero controllers. Their IP ratings are greatly improved and have an excellent iconic display. The touch feature whilst increasing reliability also gives a great user experience. These controllers designed for refrigeration have several features specially designed for safety of compressors. They work on the system that the compressor cuts off at set point and is restarted at a temperature of set point + differential. Their operation is very user friendly and is easily understood with the examples in the instructions below. Various parameters help set up the instruments functions for different applications.
